Alicia, a Pacific Northwest native, delights her clients through active listening and working hard to anticipate their needs. She works will all types of clients but is particularly fond of first-time homebuyers and enjoys educating them to increase their confidence in the process. Alicia is a lifelong learner with a keen ability to find creative ways to advance her client’s real estate goals. Alicia’s success comes from her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to customer service, cultivated through her experience creating and running several businesses including a successful restaurant in Southern California. Now back to her Northwest roots, Alicia works throughout all areas of Greater Seattle, with emphasis on Bothell, Woodinville and Mill Creek.
